Secretary is a private, single-user personal-assistant application. It accesses Google data only after the account owner grants permission and only to provide inbox organization, draft creation, scheduling proposals, task creation, and approved calendar actions.
Email and calendar content is processed to identify actions. The service stores operational metadata such as message identifiers, subjects, sender addresses, proposed actions, decision states, and audit history in its private database. It does not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
If the deployment owner enables NanoGPT, Secretary sends the sender address and subject of previously unknown email to NanoGPT for advisory classification. Sending a body excerpt is a separate, off-by-default setting. AI classifications are never eligible for automatic filing.
The account owner can reject proposed actions and revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Stored operational records can be deleted by the owner.
